PROJECT BLACKHAWK/MCKESSON CORPORATION DISTRIBUTION CENTER

Known as Project Blackhawk from its onset, the 340,000,000 square foot warehouse located in Hamptonburgh, NY became a distribution hub for the McKesson Corporation in the Northeast.  Advance Testing was contracted to provide materials testing and special inspection services during the construction of the $58.2 million facility.

McKesson’s new Hamptonburgh distribution center supports the long-term distribution network infrastructure strategy for McKesson customers in the Northeast region and provides greater market coverage to the area. The Hamptonburgh location includes state-of-the-art technology and automation to help drive productivity and quality gains in the future.
