Atech Center, Inc. was formed to meet Advance Testing’s commitment to training and continued education. Over the years, Atech Center has grown to become one of the principal developers of several construction materials training programs.
Atech Center, Inc. is the premier construction materials testing training and technical contractor in the Northeast. We have been involved with technical training and the development of cutting-edge computer-based training courses since 1993. We offer the following expertise:

- Knowledge of terminology, procedures, standards, and concepts of the industry.
- A team with fast project turnover rates because all production is in-house from start to finish.
Background
Jim Smith, CEO of Advance Testing, has always sought to advance the quality and efficiency of the construction materials testing industry. He formed Atech Center, Inc., in 1993 because he recognized the need for high-quality training courses to prepare construction technicians and inspectors for what had become an increasingly specialized and technical field. With the inception of Superpave for HMA pavements, performance specifications on pavement density, and the move toward Quality Assurance, there had never been a greater need for technician training. As a direct result of this need, Atech Center was created.
