PHARMACANNIS MEDICAL MARIJUANA FACILITY

The medical marijuana facility in Hamptonburgh, was the second of its kind for Pharmacannis, the other being located in Illinois. The $18 million, 128,000 square-foot facility is used for research and development, as well as manufacturing. The project entailed mass grading by cutting and filling over 60,000 cubic yards of structural fill to construct the 15-acre building pad. PharmaCannis was one of five companies obtaining a medical marijuana license at the time and this project led to the construction of several others in New York.
