WORLD HEADQUARTERS CONSTRUCTION (CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT)

Over a two-year period, this project encompassed construction of three multi-story apartment buildings, a vehicle maintenance building, an office-service building and a four-level parking garage, encompassing 1.6 million square feet. The owner engaged Advance Testing as one of the few outside consultants involved with the project, and we maintained a full-time team on the project for the duration of the construction activity, with an on-site staff of up to ten individuals. Services provided included moisture density testing, bearing capacity testing, concrete and rebar field inspections and testing; masonry inspection and testing; structural steel, bolting and weld inspections and testing; installation inspection of fireproofing; and a significant array of laboratory testing and analysis, including over 16,000 concrete cylinder strength tests.
