YO1 WELLNESS RESORT & SPA, CATSKILLS

This wellness resort was built on the 1,300 acre site of the former Kutsher’s Country Club, which was a long-time Sullivan County resort getaway for more than 100 years. The YO1 Wellness Resort is a $90 million, 260,000 square foot wellness center that incorporates the five sciences of Ayurveda, a 5,000-year-old Indian holistic healing practice, nutrition, yoga, acupuncture and nature cure. LeChase Construction Services managed construction of the facility and completion was fast-paced with the center largely completed within 18 months.
